A detailed analysis was conducted on the problem of lack of physical activities and the complaints of arm, neck and/or shoulders of the musculoskeletal conditions. The intelligent exergame software input is based on the live video of the user, which captures the status of the user’s activity in real time. The entertaining game gives the physical activity guide. In addition, we use the Points,Badges,Leaderboards system (PBL system) to encourage the user to do appropriate exercises at correct time intervals. Therefore, exergame system has important value for user engagement and performance growth, and carrying out limp exercises and is worthy of popularization and application.
